சார்பு ஆய்வாளர் மற்றும் இரண்டாம் நிலை காவலர் பணிக்கான தேர்வுகளை தமிழ்நாடு சீருடை பணியாளர் தேர்வாணையம் அவ்வப்போது காலிப் பணியிடங்களுக்கு ஏர்ப தேர்வுகளை நடத்தி வருகிறது. பேராவல் காவலர் தேர்வு பயிற்சி மையத்தில் தற்போது விரைவில் தமிழ்நாடு காவல் துறைக்காக தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்படவுள்ள சார்பு ஆய்வாளர்கள் மற்றும் இரண்டாம் நிலை காவலர்கள்,தீயணைப்பு துறை, சிறை துறை போன்ற பணியிடங்கள் அடங்கிய பொதுத் தேர்வு ஆகிய தேர்வுகளுக்கான பயிற்சி வகுப்புகள் தொடங்கியுள்ளன. இப்பயிற்சியில் எழுத்து தேர்வு,உடல் தகுதி தேர்வு மற்றும் உடல் தாங்கு திறன் தேர்வு, நேர்முக தேர்வுகளுக்கு பயிற்சி வகுப்புகள் சிறந்த முறையில் நடைபெற்று வருகிறது.மேலும் தினசரி வகுப்புகள் மற்றும் முழு மாதிரி தேர்வுகள் நடத்தப்படுகின்றன. மாணவர்களுக்கு தன்னம்பிகையும், உடல் உறுதியும், ஆளுமை திறனையும் வளர்க்க உதவும் மலையேற்றம், நீச்சல், யோகா, தற்காப்பு கலைகள் போன்ற சிறப்பு பயிற்சிகளும் அளிக்கப்படுகிறது. வெளி மாவட்டங்களை சேர்ந்த விண்ணப்பதாரர்கள் தங்கி பயிற்சி பெற தேவையான தங்குமிடம் மற்றும் உணவு போன்ற வசதிகள் ஏற்பாடு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது. பெண்களுக்கான தனிப் பயிற்சி வகுப்புகள் நடைபெற்று வருகிறது. எனவே பயிற்சி வகுப்பில் சேர விரும்பும் மாணவர்கள் தேர்வுக்கு முழுவதும் தயாராகும் நோக்கில் முன்னதாகவே பயிற்சி வகுப்பில் சேர அறிவுறுத்தப்படுகிறார்கள்.

வரலாறு :

நாமக்கல் மாவட்டம், பரமத்தி வேலூரில் சீருடைப் பணியாளர் தேர்வுக்காகவே 2011-ம் ஆண்டு திரு.G.விஜயராகவன், M.Sc., M.B.A., M.A., அவர்களால் பேராவல் காவலர் தேர்வு பயிற்சி மையம் தொடங்கப்பட்டது. இப்பயிற்சி மையத்தில் சீருடைப் பணியாளர் தேர்வுக்கான எழுத்துத் தேர்வு உடல் தகுதித் தேர்வு மற்றும் நேர்முகத் தேர்வுக்கான பயிற்சி சிறப்பான முறையில் அளிக்கப்படுகிறது.

இப்பயிற்சி மையத்தை தொடங்குவதற்கு முன்னரே திரு.G.விஜயராகவன் அவர்கள் கடந்த 2009-2010-ம் ஆண்டுகளில் நடைபெற்ற தமிழ்நாடு இரண்டாம் நிலை காவலர் தேர்வுகளுக்கும், சார்பு ஆய்வாளர் தேர்வுக்கும் சில தொண்டு நிறுவனங்கள் உதவியுடன் ஆயிரக்கணக்கான இளைஞர்களுக்கு இலவசமாக பயிற்சி அளித்தார். இவர் அளித்த எழுத்துத் தேர்வு, உடல்தகுதித் தேர்வு மற்றும் நேர்முகத் தேர்விற்கான பயிற்சியின் மூலம் நூற்றுக்கணக்கான இளைஞர்கள் தேர்வில் வெற்றி பெற்று சாதனை படைத்தனர்.

குறிக்கோள் :

சீருடைப் பணியாளர் தேர்வில் வெற்றி பெற வேண்டும் என பேராவலோடு உள்ள இளைஞர்களுக்கு சீருடைப் பணிக்கான விழிப்புணர்வை ஏற்படுத்தி அவர்களுக்கு உரிய முறையில் பயிற்சி அளித்து தேர்வில் வெற்றி பெறச் செய்வதும், திறமையான, நேர்மையான காவல் துறை அதிகாரியாக உருவாக வழிகாட்டுவதோடு மட்டுமில்லாமல், அவர்களை உடல் ரீதியாகவும் உள ரீதியாகவும் செம்மைப்படுத்தி இச்சமுதாயத்தில் மிகச் சிறந்த மனிதராக உருவாக்க இலட்சிய ஊக்கம் பெற செய்வது.

சாதனைகள் :

இதுவரை இப்பயிற்சி மையத்தின் நிறுவனர் திரு.G.விஜயராகவன் அவர்கள் 3000-க்கும் மேற்பட்ட இளைஞைர்களுக்கு பயிற்சி அளித்துள்ளார். அப்பயிற்சியின் மூலம் 1000-க்கும் மேற்பட்ட இளைஞர்கள் TNUSRB, TNPSC, CRPF, BSF, RRB,SSC, Armed Forces, TRB, TET, BANK போன்ற மத்திய மற்றும் மாநில அரசின் பல்வேறு போட்டி தேர்வுகளில் வெற்றி பெற்றுள்ளனர். அதில் பெரும்பான்மையான மாணவர்கள் இரண்டாம் நிலை காவலர்கள் மற்றும் சார்பு ஆய்வாளர்கள் தேர்வில் வெற்றி பெற்றுள்ளனர் என்பது குறிப்பிடதக்கது.

தமிழ்நாடு சீருடைப் பணியாளர்கள் தேர்வுக்காக தயார் செய்து வரும் போட்டியாளர்களுக்காகவே “தமிழ்நாடு சீருடைப்பணியாளர் தேர்வின் வெற்றி ரகசியம்” என்ற நூலை எழுதியுள்ளார்.இந்நூலில் எழுத்து தேர்வு, உடல் தகுதித் தேர்வு மற்றும் நேர்முக தேர்வில் வெற்றி பெறத் தேவையான பல்வேறு நுணுக்கங்கள், வழிகாட்டுதல்கள் மற்றும் ஆலோசனைகளை வழங்கியுள்ளார். இவரின் இந்த சாதனைகளை பல தரப்பினரும் வியந்து பாராட்டியுள்ளனர் என்பது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.
